Just in time for the CBS relaunch:
STAR TREK HAWAII 5-0
Funnyman Chris Hardwick hosts an excellent Podcast with Ms. Felicia Day at Hardwick’s Nerdist.com

Ah, Felicia
I love the part at the beginning where Chris and Felicia keep calling that thing in San Diego “Comic Con” when we all now it has been renamed the San Diego Movie/TV Con… Or SDMTVC.

Make 'em or Break 'em
Manga books are normally released every Tuesday– just like music. They arrive in mainstream bookstores and Anime/Manga stores on Tuesdays. Ironically, comic book stores can often gets these volumes EARLIER than the other outlets… and occasionally a week late. So depending on what store you haunt– the books may arrive today, last Tuesday or next Tuesday. Call in advance, save gas! (Pull Lists are also a great idea– where available.) Some books may also be new prints (2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.) of books already released. Since this is a NEW WEEKLY FEATURE at SAYL… I am also including a comprehensive list of last week’s Manga releases as well!

I am music junkie. An ex-DJ, there has never been a day that I haven’t breathed air as a conscious adult where music wasn’t in my life. Hence my hatred for auto tune. While I will listen to almost anything once (and I mean almost anything) I usually find myself listening primarily to singers or bands who can actually sing without the aid of any electronic devices other than a microphone.
I don’t disown the new in favor of the past– I just like stuff that sounds real. I also like bargains. Which will also be a feature whenever good music and low prices collide.
Therefore, to christen the SAYL Blog’s latest weekly feature here is Ray LaMontagne and the Pariah Dogs God Willin’ and the Creek Don’t Rise currently only $3.99 on Amazon download. (Click the link!)
$3.99 USD. Beat that with a stick!

FROM THE ALBUM:
Beg, Steal or Borrow (Live Sirius/XM Radio)
Rock and Roll Radio (Live)
and from Ray’s Gossip in the Grain, a beautiful song called Sarah
